“..Muss be abid weak cuz ov ramadan mite!” Ha ha, that’s a great impression Shaun. What a f’ing joke our nations have become. Allowing sand-muds to operate trains, lorries, let alone planes, with the chance of them passing out at the instruments. What about muslim surgeons in the UK’s NHS? Holy crappp!!!!
Just another jew tool in their white genocide bag, i suppose; being killed just going about your daily business. Our jew-controlled governments must and will be held responsible for all this pc madness.
PS Great conversation Shaun and callers.I also have broken sleep now i’m awake to the jew problem. My only escape from this kike hell are those few hours of blissful slumber.

Excellent show Shaun. I think the main reason people “go back to sleep” is they allow the fear to drive them back. I sleep well at night knowing that “I know”. I try to turn my fear into anger. Anger is healthy as long as it’s properly directed towards (((who deserves it))), and it can be controlled to a better extent…But fear holds on like a python wrapped around it’s prey. It won’t let up until you’ve stopped breathing.

What I’ve learned from my health issues is that a completely neutral emotional state is a restful state for the adrenal glands which are the vitality center of our bodies. Steer clear of focusing on non-productive emotions all together. And then of the productive emotions, learn to control them so you can use them as motivation to complete goals. Turn them on when you need a boost. Turn them off after you have the boost so you can rest your adrenal glands for this long fight we have ahead of us.

Good advise! I also find meditation every day, is the best way to “turn off” the anger. Actually, meditation has significantly helped me in many different ways over the past couple of years.

When will you call into the roundtable Mr Beattie? Surely the red maple leaf Marxists running Canada can’t lock you up for that? 🙂

I will have to check out cost from here. If not too much phone bill, will try. Same reason Rose can’t afford call in from Canada.

Shaun another great roundtable. Love the callers for making it an actual roundtable. Thanks guys. Shaun I really appreciate your hosting style when you have guests on & hope you will be able to do more interviews on TCTA. For example it would be nice hear more from the Irish no contract man who called in.

Here are the RT bumps. They are in fact Drews bumps when he does his show. We use his bumps for the RT.

We also have a new system in place, Shawna, where the bump tunes will now be posted along side the shows, due to so many people messaging us about what songs were played. With the exception of Sineads show, because hers are pre-recs.
