Another interesting and educational show – thank you Tabitha and Kyle. Taken as a whole, a lot of these natural actions and feelings can seem so out of place at present, in this judaic false construct.

I have found just incorporating a few basics, like simple yoga stretches whilst grounding in my back garden and spending a few minutes listening to some 432hz music before sleep and picturing Hyperborea, the world i want to be in, can help in our struggle. Bettering yourself doesn’t have to be overwhelming, or time consuming.

PS Esther, if genuine, needs to turn that time-wasting energy, not on her own, but to the real monsters; the jewish supremacists who control every major government.

This woman sent us a letter to our home (no idea how she got our home address) and it had pennies taped to a hand written, incoherent letter. It creeped me out to say the least. I think we added it to the “burn pile” along with letters from christ-tards telling us we’re going to burn in hell for eternity.

Probably just one of those little manchildren from the RW playground. Extremely sad how they waste their lives believing the garbage they spew there has any kind of actual relevancy or substance.

We should re write the “runic yoga” program that pedo man “Edred Thorson” butchered. Great show guys! One day we will have a Renegade Yoga and jiu jitsu retreat!

Still listening. Great topic. Agreed, yoga does not lead to God. Yoga leads to self. Simple really… Am sure it was practiced by Yeshua the man and Mary Magdalene (who name is pretty similar to amygdala-gland of emotional learning/regulation). These characters are strongly featured in Euro mythology (yin/yang-masculine/feminine) What separates yoga from other practices is that it is integrative in that it benefits the body/mind/spirit. Only a space (the size of a mat) is required. I started yoga later in life–this was due to hypothyroid and chronic ear issues (giddiness etc). My body was out of balance–also depressed- I took up yoga knowing that this practice clearly has CELTIC ROOTS. Thanks for bringing this important issue to light. I had a problem with the whole… Read more »

Hi Sea thanks for this thought provoking comment. I had not pondered myself how Magdalene sounds a lot like amygdala or how rishi is an anagram of Irish. The amygdala along with the hypothalamus are the two centers of the brain the jews wish to destroy which would lead me to believe that they are areas of the brain that are vital for high level spiritual consciousness. These two areas of the brain are the ones which are damaged during infant genital mutilation which is why they push for foreskin amputation in an attempt to cut us off from activating the divine within ourselves.

I’m excited about a possible runic yoga retreat and reclaiming the Aryan roots of yoga. I’ve done yoga off / on for years, but could get inspired by one not wrapped up in the ‘tune in, drop out’ and we are one mass of slaves agenda. I also think it could turn a lemon (east is better than west) into lemonade – reclaim deep roots, bring bliss bunnies back to senses, empower us on all the levels (physical, mind, electromagnetic, etc). Dr. Klinghardt talks about emf effects on energy body and he took his inspiration for his FIVE levels of healing from Patanjali’s work in Sanskrit the Patanjalitantra. I’m confused about the early roots and when the Aryans were mixed out, but he lived in… Read more »

Hi Callwen I’m happy to hear you enjoyed the show. I feel that many of our people would be attracted to Aryan/Pro-White yoga retreat. I actually went on a kundalini yoga retreat a few years back before I was racially aware and althought it had certain good aspects, I wished for more than what the retreat offered. Then I found out at a later point that the teacher that lead the retreat was a jewess. I can just imagine how much more powerful we would be as a race if we all practiced yoga and ate more plant based homecooked food. Thank you for the link on Dr. Klinghardt as he is new to me but sounds very interesting. I too am not clear either… Read more »

A podcast of runic asanas – I like the idea, ’cause you’re not watching a video or needing to run a laptop, you could use an iPod outside in the sun.
But I feel a lot of promise with this area, to unite our folk on something so positive.

On the topic of tranny burgers, check out this new vid on the 2019 release of the bleeding ‘impossible burger’ made supposedly of soy root and gm yeast, but sauced with a ‘hema’ (globin) type drip and produced across the street from Planned Parenthood – connections to intel, darpa, soros, gates, un, stanford, etc etc. Sick! Is this why they want us eating meat? To turn us into cannibals and complicit in infanticide!

Indeed I agree Callwen I feel that many of our people are naturally attracted to yoga and healthy food because they are innate to us. Health is a good way to unite Whites in a positive and authentic way. One of the things that stood out about Renegade when I first found them (besides consistency) was the focus on healthy lifestyle. Thanks for sharing this video. I wouldn’t doubt it for a moment that there is aborted fetal tissue in these tranny meats. These psychos could technically say it’s vegan because it’s human. Just so very disgusting. Aleph Farms in Israel is leading the way in tranny meat or what they are calling “clean meat.” They want everyone either gorging on meat or tranny meat.… Read more »

I do hot yoga three times a week. The studio I attend changed their name from Bikram yoga to hot yoga because of the controversy surrounding him. But his yoga style which I do is still very good.

The studios in my area also don’t refer to heated yoga as Bikram yoga because Bikram Choudhury is a scumbag rapist. I doubt he invented hot yoga; just the 26 posture sequence of already existing asanas. He also eats a super gross diet of meat and cola.

Yes his ego got the better of him. I think he taught in Hollywood. So that would have influenced his sex life as many top people in the film industry are sexual perverts.I was told that when he taught in Japan where it was cold. A student brought in an electric bar heater and that’s how Bikram got the idea for hot yoga. I started doing hot yoga because I had bad arthritis. It has helped me a lot. That combined with a plant based diet has worked miracles for me.Although I’m not very flexible in the postures. I still get the benefits.

I got really into Bikram yoga a little over ten years ago, and was really looking forward to doing a teacher training until I heard nightmarish stories about how despicable of a person he was.. A pervert in every sense of the word.
That, having to go to LA, and dish out many thousands of dollars was a major turn off.
The principles are all pretty basic, and just common sense tells you, when your warmed up, you stretch further, deeper, sweat more, and it feels amazing… It’s the comraderie that is so nice to partake in.

There’s other places you can train now. Away from Bikram. And at a much cheaper cost.

Thanks for the great show! Yoga has really helped me work through some dissociative symptoms, trauma really does sever the connection between mind and body and doing mindful yoga has been a great help to healing from that. The kundalini awakening segment was fascinating, I’ve not tried kundalini yoga so I’ve not had that experience but it does remind me of other experiences I’ve had just doing normal yoga. Doing yoga barefoot in my garden, sometimes if I really get into it, things will get much more vivid and it can feel like I’m sort of underwater if that makes sense? Or maybe like the feeling of opening your eyes underwater, where there’s just a shift in perception? Like I can feel connected to things… Read more »

Hi Paige glad you enjoyed the show. The experiences you mentioned above are totally normal and a great example of the mind~body connection at work. I’ve had a bunch of these moments myself throughout my years practicing yoga and it’s always reaffirming to hear what happens when others do yoga.

Great show and worthy topics. Tabitha makes for a great guest. The promotion of an all meat diet is the obvious step on it’s way to legitimizing vampirism. It’s beyond grotesque, and the fact that in California (and I’m sure elsewhere) that you can receive children’s blood IV shows that they already live among us, albeit in hopefully small numbers, but the fact that they do, and the general population just hums along, is exactly what is necessary before they push young blood on the masses as if it’s just another health trend. A few years ago I felt that nothing in the world was more important to me than being responsible for my food. The reality of growing up mostly completely ignorant of how… Read more »

Thanks Amber I’m glad you liked the show. I’ve added the book you mentioned to my wishlist of tomes. So fascinating the information about our people’s relationship to bees. Quite the opposite of the jews who destroy Nature and consequentaly bees. These retardates are even killing their own bees with pesticides: “Israeli acute paralysis virus
A related virus described in 2004 is known as the Israeli acute paralysis virus (IAPV). The virus is named after the place where it was first identified—its place of origin is unknown. IAPV has been suggested as a marker associated with colony collapse disorder.”

Tabitha❣️THANK YOU VERY MUCH❣️I’m incredibly GRATEFUL for your taking time to share some of your resources 😃😊 I trust your guidance and truly hoped you’d reply 💞 I have located all the books online and I’m placing orders today! Further, I’ve never liked stretching cold muscles. Is it harmful on the muscles to stretch them before they are thoroughly warmed up by cardio? I’ve always, always wondered this. Do you do a thorough warmup before your yoga practice? Thank you again kindly 💚

Of course Monica I hope you enjoy these books. My goal for quite sometime has been White wellness. There’s nothing more that I’d like than to see our people become racially aware and jew wise and to take a stand against all the talmudic filth on the planet.
In regards to warming up, I usually do some gentle yoga poses along with some movement such as swaying back and forth and moving my hips in a circular pattern. After this, I start with more stretchy poses. Practicing yoga in a warm or hot environment will increase your flexibility, as will yin yoga and eating a yogic diet.

Sorry to have taken so long to reply and offer thankfulness❣️I didn’t receive a reply email notification and today decided to check back. Well I own all your book recommendations now! I’m over the moon with the Mudra book especially however I adore them all and find myself soaking up the information and wisdom as a sponge! I’m truly thankful Tabitha! With the thousands of yoga books out there where would one begin?! It is crystal clear yoga descends from our ancient Aryan ancestors 🙏🏼💜 I feel such peace and knowing having begun my private beginning yoga practice. I really enjoy the chanting too. I never met an eastern Indian who practiced yoga anyway. All the yoga students I see at classes everywhere are white;… Read more »
