It seems to me that this vague “precedent” in Jacobson vs. Massachusetts can work both ways. Especially, if it becomes “common knowledge” that the Covid-19 scare is bogus.

There is a similar concept to “common belief” in the law in germany, that also doesnt require proof.
Its called “offenkundig”(meaning obvious). The Holocaust, just like a vaccination, must be accepted without proof, because its “obvious”.
