This airing we have Vegannance once again joining us.  The show includes a discussion of the definition, meaning and role of the witch.  We discuss Imbolc, the start and part of the spring equinox and the sort of process which it symbolizes.  Other topics include influences upon and control of our lives through methods of communication, social and entertainment media technologies, permaculture solutions as long-term alternatives to farming, economic and demographic issues we currently face and more.

Question for Nance please: Should we celebrate Imbolc on the 1st or 2nd of Feb? It’s shown as 1st, 2nd or both, on various sites. I know you have said it’s on the 2nd.

I’ve read that the christards chose the 1st Feb (when St Brigid supposedly died – how CONvenient!), and they supplanted her over our heathen goddess Bhrigid.

Beltane & Lammas are both on the 1st of the month, so shouldn’t Imbolc be the same? Are those jew-lovers trying to pull a fast one – again!? Thank you in advance and great show both.

Woden bless Nance. Thanks for the detailed reply and heads up on Lammas/Lugh. The (((c-tards))) have to ruin everything!

Your blog site is very good too. Looking forward to your future contributions to Renegade, and our eventual victory, and back being in balance with nature.

We have to win, and the odds just means greater victory!
May the fire of the season help strengthen your resolve like the toughest of steel.
Look out for our lady of the season with her long auburn hair, she will often appear to unknowns (ie. those who don’t see the gods/energies) in the guise of any of earths creatures which will take an unusual interest of you at this time of the year. It’s always nice to know they are watching, to see if we are worth our metal 🙂
