Not all the states require its judges and litigants to be members of the Bar.

Greetings listerine, a state can not require anything only a man can. The Bar and Titles of nobility such as Esquire are prohibited according to the law of the land which is based in our common law. “No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States”. Of course no honorable man is associated in any way with the current Kangaroo Court system however, if the law were to be enforced Top Bar officials would be speedily convicted and executed for countless high crimes including Treason and misprison of Treason. The key word is require, we must require by all means our servants to discharge our orders. Cheers
