My heart really goes out to Charles. You can hear it in his voice how difficult this is for him.
Listening to Charlie twice a week has been one of the few things helping me stay sane in the last year. This is really sad.
Charlie, you will very much be missed. You have helped us all more than you will ever know.

Charlie, there is a free and very popular computer program called F.lux that reduces the blue light put out by the computer screen at night – helps your eyes quite a bit. There are other free ones also, Sunset is the name of another iirc
